All heights and descriptions are approximate and are not subject to a guarantee of accuracy although every care is taken.
All transactions are to be Debit or Credit Card and will be charged at time of order.
If you need your order for a particular date please advise us at time of purchase, we will always do our best to achieve the desired delivery time, if your delivery time is not possible we will advise you as soon as we practically can, no liability can be accepted by Gordon Stoker & Son for a missed delivery date.
Items must be returned in a re-saleable condition and restocking of unwanted goods will be credited less 25 %. Please note any item which as been engraved cannot be returned unless due to a mistake by us.
Shortages or breakages must be notified in writing or by email within 3 working days of delivery.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days, if it is going to be longer than that for example due to a stock shortage we will contact you for your instructions.
UK Mainland: Gordon Stoker & Son will use the most cost effective carriers available to us whilst maintaining a top quality service. The delivery charge for all orders is £5 for the UK Mainland only.
Please note: Your order cannot be delivered to PO boxes. the carriers (our carriers) will attempt to deliver your order and if no one is available to sign for the order the carriers will leave a calling card giving you an option to arrange for another delivery date.
If you fail to contact the carriers on two occasions the order will be returned to Gordon Stoker & Son and a further carriage charge will be made to your card to re-send it back to you. If in the event you fail to arrange your delivery via a new date and subsequently the order is no longer needed we will arrange to the goods to be returned and a credit will be issued to the customer less a 25% admin charge plus all the delivery costs.
In the rare event of a complaint, please contact us immediately by telephone or by e-mail and we will do our up most to resolve the problem.

At Gordon Stoker & Son we take security very seriously and make purchasing trophies online as safe as shopping in any of our high street shops.
We take credit card payments processed by Shopify Payments which is a very secure online payment system used by millions of buyers worldwide, we as sellers do not at any time see any of your card details, your payment is processed by Shopify and then the amount is transferred to our Shopify account, at no time are any of your details except your name and address and telephone number sent to us.
Internet shopping is safe
